Admission Procedure

1. The admission to the school is open to children of all sections of society from second week of February.
2. The minimum required age of the child seeking admission to Pre-Nursery is 3+ years and to Nursery 4+ years an on 31st March 2023.
3. Admission-cum-registration for 1st onward is subject to the satisfactory performance in a screening test. The students will be tested on the following subjects.

Class                      Subject
I to III                      English, Hindi and Maths
IV to VIII                 English, Hindi, Maths, Social Science and Science

4. Information Brochure alongwith the registration form can be obtained from the school office on all working days from 8.30 to 2.30 p.m.
5. Without complete documents regarding admission of students will be subject to provisional admission ( One month can given to complete documents regarding admission).
6. Nothing will be given in written from school if documents of any students are incomplete.

1. Three recent passport size coloured photographs of the child.
2. One copy each of recent passport size colored photograph of both the parents.
3. Photocopy of birth Certificate & Adhar Card of Student as well as parents.
4. School Leaving certificate {SRN} and photocopy of report card of the previous class {applicable of KG to onward}.
5.Caste Certificate if belongs to ST/SC/BC Category. With caste certificate student will be equal to General Category.
6.PPP (Parivar Pehchan Patra) is most important documents of admission.

1. If a child has to be withdrawn from the school, one calender month's notice or one month's fee in lieu thereof has to be deposited . Exception may be made in case of sudden transfer of Goverment or Military personnel.
2. Those who leave the school in May must in all cases pay the fee for the month of june.
3. Transfer, Cerificate for children withdrawn are not issued untill all dues are settled.
4. Students can be asked to leave the school on the foolowing grounds:-
            (A) lack of Discipline
            (B) Unsatisfactory progress in work.
            (C) Detention or repeated detention in a class
As a rule , only those students will be retained on the rolls of the school who can take the school leaving examination under 18 years of age.
5. A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.

1. Van facility is provided for the whole session. Request for seeking or discontinuation of the same in the mid of the session shall not be granted.
2. Students are not allowed to bring valuable articles and cash to school.
3. Students are not allowed to receive visitors or phone calls during school hours except in case of emergency. Verbal request to allow children to go home before time will not be accepted.
4. Every student is expected to take care of school property. He will have to pay for any damage he does to school property or anything belonging to fellow students.
5. Disobedience or conduct injurious to discipline of the school will be dealt seriously.
6. Regularity and punctuality are essential . Absence without an application will invite a fine of Rs. 5/- per day.
7. Right to amend rules is reserved with the governing body in case of any dispute , jurisdiction will be Kurukshetra.
